It's quite alright well as long and they don't claim it as their own well the art at least (I don't own Rainbow Dash that belongs to Hasbro Sweating a little... )

n_n Yours is pretty good. You might try taking official art and putting tracing paper over it and tracing it. Not to copy, but to get used to the style. I know that helps me to be able to freelance when I get comfortable.
